Added new Tiles in Dungeon B and E

Added new character dungeon traps2. You can now build a trap that reacts to objects.

If you take an object or put another one on top of it to balance the weight, a scale turns on and triggers an event.

Anyone who knows Indiana Jones will certainly have fun with it.
