Added some updates to windmill.

Added windmill without the building.

Added windmill roof 

Added windmill2 gate for better translation to ground.

Also added the RPGmaker windmill setup as PNG file for people who haveve trouble.

Also added the frameorder for those who doesn't  RPGMaker.
